Michael Bloomberg is reportedly set to join the proposed ownership group for the Timberwolves and Lynx, alongside Rodriguez and Marc Lore. If true, the billionaire’s backing will squash their extended battle with Glen Taylor, The Athletic reports. The franchises are collectively part of the $1.5 billion deal. Rodriguez and Lore were facilitating a multi-step purchase to secure a majority stake, when Taylor called things off earlier this year.

Apple Teases AI Tech, OpenAI Partnership Ahead of WWDC |
Ahead of Apple's annual Worldwide Developers Conference on Monday, Bloomberg teased a few artificial intelligence developments the Big Tech company plans to unveil to its audience. Apple Intelligence will be its new AI platform name, and users can expect it to arrive in new versions of the iPhone, iPad, and Mac operating systems. A partnership with OpenAI will also be announced that produces a ChatGPT-like chatbot in addition to new programs for the Vision Pro headset, Apple Watch, and TV platforms.

Originally set for July 20, ESPN writes that Tyson needed more time to recover from an ulcer flare-up that occurred on a flight from Miami to LA on May 26. In a statement, Tyson said he's going to "resume training shortly" and promised the result will be the same — Paul is "getting knocked out."

Bad Boys: Ride or Die, the fourth installment of the film franchise starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, made $5.9 million in Thursday previews, per a Friday report from Variety. The movie is expected to earn $45-50 million this weekend on a production budget of $100 million. Bad Boys for Life, the franchise's third movie that premiered in January 2020, raked in $6.4 million in Thursday previews and eventually went on to become the highest-grossing movie of the year with $426 million made worldwide.
